The Flossy Organization is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to closing the advocacy gap in marginalized communities. We work, with evidence-based interventions, to inspire and equip individuals with the tools they need to become effective advocates for change.

We provide education, training, and support to build an intergenerational movement of leaders. Our programs focus on addressing systemic issues, promoting social justice, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect in the communities we serve.

Based in Canarsie, Brooklyn, The Flossy Organization serves the local community and beyond, connecting to individuals who are passionate about making a difference and creating positive change in their neighborhoods.

We believe the power of collective action is unstoppable and the potential of every person to effect change. By addressing issues such as bias, discrimination, and hate violence, we aim to create a more just and equitable society for all.
